Define is an amazing restaurant and shop in Sandiway, Cheshire. I was introduced to Define by John Davies (then Chair of Manchester Jazz Festival) who informed me that owner Jon Campbell ‘has the finest nose in the North West’. The selection of wines, and knowledge of wines, is indeed formidable! It’s a pleasure to play for an independent enterprise, and thanks Jon for supporting live music. A life-long fan of the group has booked the ASQ in concert, for family and friends to celebrate his birthday! After 13 years as Artistic Director of Sandbach Concert Series, Andy has given himself a gig! Led by the Claremont Ensemble the musicians featured are; Becky Gould (Artistic Director, viola), Stan Scott (production, sound design, mixing & mastering), Lauren Scott (harp, research and arranging), Sarah Brandwood-Spencer (violin), Anna Stuart (cello) & Aaron Wood (trumpet) & Andy Scott (composer, producer & aerophone). The RNCM Saxophone Day is the UK’s largest annual sax gathering and this year on November 15th, we'll be marking the 20th sax day with a digital edition.
