Andy Scott has been invited to guest direct a masterclass at the Trinity College of Music in London, in which saxophone students will perform a selection of his works.

Andy Scott will accompany Westland saxophone orchestra as soloist in this special concert, celebrating their five year anniversary.

Andy Scott along with Rob Buckland as artistic directors are delighted to welcome saxophonist Timothy McAllister from America, a ‘virtuoso… one of the foremost saxophonists of his generation’ – New York Times, to perform a ‘solo set of contemporary masterworks in this exciting, innovative recital’
Timothy McAllister’s recital will take place at 14:15 in the RNCM Concert Hall
Timothy will also be giving a masterclass and a talk on sax day
Andy Scott + Group S will also be performing at the sax day at 19:00 in the RNCM Theatre

Friday 3rd November will see world-renowned guitarist Craig Ogden perform with the brilliant Northern Chamber Orchestra, giving the world premiere of Andy Scott’s Concerto for solo guitar & chamber orchestra.
The work has been written specifically for Craig and co-commissioned and funded by the Northern Chamber Orchestra & the University of Western Australia
Venue: Stoller Hall, Manchester at 7:30pm
