Andy is a guest artist at the Palmela International Saxophone Festival (FISP) in Portugal, 10th - 15th July 2023. The festival programme includes a performance of Andy's double saxophone concerto, Dark Rain. Andy will also be giving a masterclass and directing Palmela Sax Assault in the festival's closing concert.
