Andy Scott

Andy Scott is artistic director of Sandbach Concert Series, a popular local concert series bringing top international soloists and ensembles to Cheshire. Sandbach Concert Series is a non-profit Arts organisation run entirely by volunteers, which currently promotes eight concerts each year.  Major sponsors are Arts Council England & Sandbach Town Council.

Each concert is preceded by a showcase performance by local young musicians and linked to an art exhibition, an innovative format that is unique in the UK. The Series aims to encourage more families to attend classical music concerts through early start and finish times and reasonable ticket prices.

Formed by professional harpist Lauren Scott, Sandbach Concert Series is a refreshing case of musicians creating work for musicians, and contributes to an overall sense of community in Sandbach.
